1. Open PAGCOR's website by typing the address yourself rather than following a link from an ad or chat message.
2. Find the page that lists licensees for online or offshore gaming and look for the operator's registered company name, not just the brand on the homepage.
3. Compare the company name and website address with what the operator shows in its footer and terms.
4. If you cannot match them, or the details are vague, step away and do not deposit.
5. Remember a listing is a starting point. It does not guarantee a good experience, so keep reading terms.

How random outcomes work
